How about making north dock a vibrant marina with wine bars and restaurants like they have in Bristol. We've got one, why can't we make the most of it? This idea was submitted by Rowan Burdess via Lee's Facebook page and uploaded by a member of the team.
Great idea .Just look at SA1 in Swansea and we have much better views !
North Dock is definitely under-utilised and with infrastructure already in place.
I would support more cafes, bike hire and coffee shops in the New Dock area. The parking would need to be free, but it could really bring some jobs to this beautiful coastal path and beach area.
