The introduction of clubs which meet for 2 hours weekly as part of the curriculum at all levels of education. Students participating in this club would think of a project which could be developed over a scholastic year. A teacher/lecturer would provide guidance, motivation and also participate in the project development. Project ideas would not be restricted but students would be encouraged to develop their creative and cooperative skills. Malta needs workers who can think out of the box.
