To offer a Euro 300 one time travel voucher to all students aged 18 to 25 years redeemable against flight tickets. This 'grant' is to be used for educational purposes (including student exchanges and voluntary work).
This has already been mentioned in 2013 PN Manifesto. This initiative should only apply to Airmalta flights.
I agree with proposal and actually think that it should be extended further in terms of funds, covering not just flights but possibly even other expenses such as reasonable accommodation, transport expenses, entrances to museums or cultural sites, etc., possibly as a reimbursement against receipts. In addition, youths travelling on their own could possibly be given a higher amount of funds, as that would help in encouraging them to get out of their comfort zone.
