Forza Nazzjonali will give people the opportunity to top up their social security contributions (which might affect their full pension) – allowing them to pay the difference in contribution to qualify for a full pension.
This is a good initiative but I would like to propose something. You need to ensure that the social security contributions are being paid by the employers. It is not fair that your social security contributions are being deducted from your wage & then having your employer not passing them to the government. This is something that should be tackled. You need to create a common platform with Jobplus & IRD. Employees working in these companies should work together by doing crosscheck.
