Give garage owners the possibility of allowing cars to park in front of their garage doors during specific time periods that they themselves choose, and thus earn some extra cash in the process. Users of the service would pay a fee - which could be standard or locality based, and garage owners get a share. The scheme would be operated through a Public Private Partnership and participation would of course be optional.
