Budget 2016 saw the ridiculous re introduction of import duties (sisa) on toiletries amongst other things. This has led to price increases and customs duty controls and red tape which had become obsolete post EU accession.
Totally agree. Why should we pay more for essential items from toothpaste to detergents. From shower gels to soaps. It's ridiculous.
