Provide initiatives, financial or otherwise, for youths to start campaigns on any important social issue such as obesity, traffic, clean energy pollution, etc.. It might not be the government's job to directly protest against these, but they are factors for a healthy society. Youths can offer so many innovative ideas but, as a person launching a campaign in a few weeks, it can be really tough to find funding and help, and this can be very discouraging. Use youths to help you help society.
