A lot of congestion is created during peak times, especially in the mornings due to heavy, construction and delivery vehicles. Deliveries to outlets, unless they have their private off street delivery bays, are to be prohibited from effecting deliveries during the day. Abroad a lot of deliveries take place either during nighttime or early morning. This would reduce pollution as it will reduce traffic congestion and distribution of goods will become more efficient.
They should be banned from the roads. Malta should aim for 100% electric cars.
