Sick leave for parents with children
This week my 3yr old daughter has undergone an operation. As u can understand she needs a recovery period. Since we both parents work, i took take vacation leave to look after her as i cannot send her anywhere whilst she is recovering. I feel sad about the fact that now i cannot take summer leave to enjoy it with my kids cause i'll be consuming it now for this reason. So thanks nationalist party for working on the proposal to allow parents to take sick leave when their kids are unwell.
