In Scotland we have a way in which Peak hour Traffic flows easier and quicker, by not allowing heavy delivery trucks building trucks etc on the road between 7am and 9am Monday to Friday this allows people going to work and schools etc to get there on time, without being stuck behing a truck refuse trucks etc and it works, I come from a very busy city Aberdeen where with having a large oil industry this created a bottleneck like we have in Malta. By implementing this simple law it helped
