Malta is very small and has too many cars and car dealers in it. The current amount of traffic is excessive.(1) Reduce the number of cars using the roads in Malta by capping down to a well-calculated level the number of available private & commercial road licences; no new licences are issued when the set maximum is reached. (2) Prevent private car hire by tourists while increasing licences for affordable Taxi and tourist bus services.
