Three regions: Canada, USA and the Caribbean

Canada will remain it's own region with FCP. The subregions of Canada are part of the structure of FCP. USA will become it's own region where the six existing regions will become sub-regions of InterPride-USA. The Caribbean will be a small region on it's own combining those countries that are non-Spanish speaking in Middle and South America and the Caribbean itself.

Points

Canada (FCP) and the subregions in Canada together with the size of the country and number of prides is best to remain as it is.

USA becoming its own region with the six subregions will follow the model of Canada. The size of the country and number of prides support the thought of a region on it's own. A lot of USA-business that is now being dealt with within InterPride can move from InterPride to USA freeing up space and attention within InterPride for other regions and international business.

The caribbean will be the smallest region of InterPride. The languages and cultural background make it hard to have a natural connect with Latin America or the USA. Since language and culture are also deciding components the case is made to have this as a seperate region.

The Caribbean will only have a limited number of prides. So a mechanism has to be put in place t make sure the Caribbean voice is heard within InterPride, taking in consideration the number of prides in the region.
