Online Engagement is a great way to remove barriers to engagement. It is accessible 24/7 from almost anywhere.
Engagement should be available to everyone in the City not just those in the community that the project is in. Online engagement allows for everyone to participate.
Once again I missed an opportunity to attend a session and/or submit comments (e-mail dated May 23, in-person May 30, on-line deadline was June 9). This time, ironically, the topic related to the process of public engagement. The windows for public engagement are simply too short for people to hear about and respond.
