A real-time bus information system was installed many years ago, but it hasn't worked for ages. It should be fixed or replaced with a more modern and up-to-date information system. It should also be integrated with an online/mobile app so that time spent waiting at bus stops can be reduced. This will improve the passenger experience and encourage more people to use the buses.
