Component 2 will support the administrative and human resources needed to implement the Project and monitor and evaluate progress. It will finance staff and consultant costs associated with project management, procurement, financial management, environmental and social safeguards, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and stakeholder engagement; operating and administrative costs; technical assistance to strengthen the Project’s emergency response; and longer-term capacity-building.
