Lovely idea - ready to be taken to the next step of drawing up a timeline as to how you'd do this eg find one location to try it out and then scale up across a region/country etc. This would let you map out what you need to do and when to make it all happen.

As a science teacher I think this is a great idea. Could you add a bit more detail- where will you get the money from to buy the equipment to put in the bags. The water experiment about cleaning teeth sounds as though it does not use up ingredients- have you thought about the experiment being passed on so it can be completed more than once. Do your experiments use readily available ingredients- if so once the child has the apparatus then they can repeat the experiment or encourage others to
