Development of MI's (multiple intelligence)

I think this is a very important and underrated argument. Would the idea work even better if you were to give it the context of teamwork, rather than focus on individuals? Teams work better with mixed cognitive and working types/styles (MI). But how would any of these ideas work if Lockdown society continues?
