It's a lovely walk through the woods north of Calder house but the access point beside the play park is dangerous. A gate in from the play park would be much safer. I expect that would use up most of the £15k but any left could be used to get rubbish out of the pond.
Think you'll find though this belongs to lord Torphichen, mr sandilands. The fence is to stop kids going into the woods and drowning in the pond.
