There has been some questions re mailing lists. I suggest we have two mailing lists: private mailing list for techncial people to discuss and a private mailing lists for logistics and overall organization.
In the spirit of the project, it is important that technical discussion is public and transparent.
One mailing list mixes up technical points with logistics points. Two mailing lists makes sense. Too many mailing lists is a pain (one mailing list per deliveralbe is crazy).
Email is pain. But if it has to be, in the least, rather have it topical.
